Concept to printed files
Send us your approved packaging concept. We rebuild it as technically correct, print-ready artwork your printer can actually use.
Start with one concept file. No payment, printer dieline or production assets are needed for the initial review.
Concept to finished artwork
Freckleart created the Thins® American Buffalo Wings concept, developed the finished pack and prepared the production-ready flat artwork within an established brand system.
“Their ability to take master design files and translate them into production-ready packaging artwork is second to none.”

Use the prompts, image-size requirements and asset checklist before creating your packaging concept.

The gap between concept and production
Concept images, Canva files and low-resolution visuals are usually flattened, incorrectly sized and missing the technical structure your printer needs. We rebuild them with the right dieline, layers, colour setup, bleed, fonts, images and production checks.
Start with your concept image or PDF and tell us what you know about the assets used.
Images, logos, fonts and brand elements are checked for identifiable ownership, licensing and trademark concerns.
We review the result and send an individual written estimate before accepting the job.
Freckleart rebuilds the accepted concept, sends proofs for approval and supplies the completed print-ready files.
Before we quote or accept the job
We screen the supplied concept for recognisable image, logo, font and trademark concerns before quoting.
This is an early warning screen, not legal clearance. You remain responsible for commercial-use rights and licences.
Resolve flagged items, then receive an individual Freckleart quote.

How your quote is calculated
Your fixed quote is based on the packaging format, the condition of the supplied assets and the amount of technical reconstruction required.
Usable logos and imagery, clear approved copy, a straightforward layout and limited technical reconstruction.
Additional image reconstruction, retouching, technical separations, multiple panels, special finishes or more complex production setup.
You will receive a fixed written quote before any work begins. If the concept requires redesign or falls outside this service, Freckleart may decline the project.
Optional deliverables
One polished front-of-pack visual created from the completed artwork.
One polished back-of-pack visual created from the completed artwork.
One consolidated customer change round beyond the two included.
3–5 business days, subject to capacity and project suitability.
Standard production: 7–10 business days. Urgent production: 3–5 business days at +40%, subject to availability and project suitability. Timing begins only after the accepted project has passed the production requirements gate.
Suitable projects receive an individual written estimate from Freckleart. The final price is confirmed before the job is accepted, and work outside these defined rebuild parameters may be declined.

The experience behind the service
Freckleart began in 2014 when Rhiannon Mauala was approached to rebuild an approved low-resolution packaging concept that could not be reproduced for print.
Meet Rhiannon and read the storyBefore you request a review
No. Your concept provides the visual direction. An experienced packaging artwork specialist rebuilds it properly, checks the technical details and prepares the files for print.
Start with your approved concept image or concept PDF, the intended packaging format and any information you have about the image, logo and font sources. Production assets and the printer’s current dieline are requested only if the project is accepted.
Before we quote or accept a job, the supplied concept is screened for identifiable image, logo, font and trademark risks. Possible matches or unknown sources are flagged for evidence, replacement or further review. This is a practical risk screen. It is not legal clearance or a guarantee of ownership.
You can provide evidence that you own or have licensed it, purchase the required licence through your own account, or supply a replacement. Freckleart does not purchase third-party licences on your behalf. If a replacement changes the approved design, it must return to your designer.
It will be rebuilt as a visually faithful, production-ready interpretation, not an exact pixel-for-pixel copy. Rendered lighting, gradients, textures and product details may need to be simplified or recreated. Live text may use the closest suitable commercially licensed font when the concept font cannot be identified, supplied or legally used. You will review these differences during proofing.
Every suitable project receives an individual written estimate from Freckleart after the concept review. Freckleart handles the quote, invoice and payment directly. The published prices are indicative ranges, not an automatic checkout price.
Your initial proof is supplied for review. The price includes up to two consolidated rounds of customer changes after that proof. Each returned list of changes counts as one round, so feedback from all stakeholders should be combined before it is submitted. Additional rounds are $250 each.
Once the Freckleart quote is accepted and every production requirement is ready, the artwork rebuild begins. Freckleart sends proofs for review, manages your feedback and approval, then supplies the completed print-ready files.
The rebuild can begin only after the product code, printer’s current dieline and print specifications, approved and compliant label content, confirmed number of colours, confirmed finishes and their application areas, usable production assets and the agreed payment terms have all been supplied or satisfied. You remain responsible for the accuracy and compliance of the approved content.
Standard production is 7–10 business days. Urgent production is 3–5 business days at +40%, subject to capacity and project suitability. Timing starts only when every production requirement is complete, and pauses while we wait for missing information or client feedback.
They are optional polished visuals created from the completed artwork for presentations, approvals or online product listings. A front-of-pack render is $120 and a back-of-pack render is $120. You can choose either one or both.
Each format carries different production complexity. Film includes seals, print direction and technical layers, while cartons add multiple connected panels, folds and glue areas. The starting price reflects the work and production risk involved.
No. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of all claims, ingredients, barcodes, nutrition information and supplied content. We make the artwork technically ready for your printer.
You’ve already created the idea.
